1 How does it work ?

Enter the phone number you want to locate and create your account. On your geoliv.mobi dashboard, you will be able to send a custom text message to the owner of the phone with a 100% secure trackling link. The text message is 100M anonymous, none of your data will be shared with the owner of the phone unless you want to. Once the owner of the phone has clicked on the tracking link, you will receive a notification and will be directed to a page with a map containing the exact location of the phone + history of all you geolocation requests.

2 Does it work with all types of phones?

Yes! It is iPhone & Android compatible, you can track any generation phone from smartphones to feature phones. It also works with all mobile networks. Geolocation is almost instantaneous from the moment the person clicked on the tracking link. We will send you the information, time and address of the location on your personal account and everything will be visible on a map.

3 On which phones and which mobile networks does it work?

geoliv.mobi works with all types of phones as long as it has a valid number. Our location system is compatible with all mobile network: EE, Vodafone, O2, Three, GiffGaff, Sky mobile, Tesco Mobile, BT Mobile.... and all brands of phones: iPhone, Samsung, Nokia, Huawei, HTC, Android, Oneplus etc.

4 What are the conditions for me to track a mobile phone?

1. You must register on geoliv.mobi
2. The phone number must be valid
3. The phone to locate must be on
4. The owner of the phone must click on the tracking link

5 How does the trial offer works?

Our welcome offer allows you to have limited access to our platform over a period of 48 hours for only 1€. Without termination from you before the end of the trial offer, it will be renewed automatically in subscription at the price of 31,80€ per month. There is no minimum commitment. 6 What is included in my subscription?

Thanks to the geoliv.mobi subscription, you benefit from 150 accurate geolocation per months on all mobile networks and phones directly online. A map gathering the history of all your geolocation requests, technical guides to find your Android phone or IOS if it has been lost or stollen, and online and phone support available from Monday to Saturday.

7 How much does the subscription cost?

The subscription offer without commitment is proposed at the price of 31,80€ per month and gives you access to all our services.

8 How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription yourself by going to the unsubscribe page and by filling in the email address you used during your registration. If you can not find your e-mail address, you can also ask one of our advisors via chat, telephone or e-mail to arrange your cancellation.

9 Is it legal to geolocate a phone?

Absolutely. As long as the owner of the phone gives his consent. This service is offered in compliance with the current international regulations.

10 Is the information secure?

The third party's geographical location is sent via a secure protocol and is not visible to other people. All locations collected and your personal information are 100% confidential and secure.
